Sporting licenses

Obtain a sporting license

After obtaining a shooting license, the athlete should apply for a sporting license, which is a document qualifying the holder for active sports competition. The license allows the athlete to participate in any open shooting competitions throughout the country.

Step by step

To obtain a sporting license, you need to:

1

Pass the shooting license exam

2

Provide a copy of the shooting license certificate

3

Proof of payment

Send to the Club (via email) proof of payment for the issuance of the license in the amount of 50 PLN to the account of the Shooting Association Iglica.

To renew the license, you need to:

  • Submit a renewal application on the PZSS portal.
  • Send to the Club (via email) proof of payment for the renewal fee of 50 PLN to the account of the Shooting Association Iglica.

Obtain an indefinite shooting license

The shooting license is granted indefinitely, while the sporting license is issued for a specific calendar year. To renew it, you must participate in a required number of competitions within that year, according to your license type, which are listed in the PZSS or regional federation competition calendar.

Both documents are granted only to individuals affiliated with clubs that belong to the PZSS and are essential for fully benefiting from membership in the Association and the PZSS, as well as for subsequently applying for firearms.
